Thanks for all the great feedback. I personally do nee to take some of these thoughts and draft them into a white paper, in the meantime, the best place to find an "introduction to Scrum" online would be Mike Cohn's presentation that has been licensed under Creative Commons: http://www.mountaingoatsoftware.com/presentations/30-an-overview-of-scrum-january---in

Thank you for sharing the presentation Brian. Agile is falling prey to the same misconceptions as Ruby on Rails did, the idea that it's quicker, better, and cheaper. Complex web applications take time to build and cost, and implementing Agile successfully can take time and patience too.

I was at your presentation in Waltham yesterday and it was really good. Can you recommend a good web site that can provide a simple overview for management on what Agile is and the potential benefits? Basically something like your talk but in a white paper or blog. Also, one question I had was how do you do product estimating in an agile model? Marketing always wants to know when can product X be launched and sold but with agile it seems like there are smaller releases and not the real whiz bang release like in waterfall? Any comments or direction on that as it relates to estimating would be helpful as well. Thanks again.
