George Schlitz

Co-founder George Schlitz has extensive experience consulting for large organizations across many different industries. His passion is coaching organizations and individuals through difficult change by applying systems thinking, and learning about improvement approaches like agile, lean, and the theory of constraints. By bringing an awareness of complexity to people and teams, and working closely with them to improve their collaboration and leadership skills, George believes that large-scale change is not only achievable, but can be a part of our every day lives.

George is a Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He received two bachelor’s degrees (in Operations Management and Resource Economics) from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bentley College. In addition to his professional experience, he also spent 12 years in the U.S. Army as a soldier and officer.

George is a member of many Agile-related groups, PMI chapters, and other professional organizations. You might run into him as a speaker at industry events or conferences.
