BigVisible Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which BigVisible Solutions, Inc. (“BigVisible”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each a “User”) of the www.bigvisible.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site, all products and services offered through this Site, as well as our products, online services, and apps that include a link to this policy

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, and/or telephone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Non-personal identification information

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter and submit your personal information.

For all orders, we use a secure server. All supplies sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. Your California Privacy Rights

Residents of the State of California have the right to request a list of all third parties to which a company conducting business in California has disclosed Personal Information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes. Alternatively, the law provides that if the company has a privacy policy that allows users to opt-out or opt-in to the use of Personal Information by third parties for marketing purposes, the company may instead provide you with information on how to exercise this opt-out/opt-in option.

BigVisible Solutions qualifies for this alternative option, as it has a privacy policy and provides you with details on how you may opt-out or opt-in to the use of your Personal Information by third parties for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your Personal Information for marketing purposes during the preceding year.
