Giora Morein is the President and co-founder of BigVisible Solutions, a solutions-focused agile consultancy. He brings over 15 years of agile coaching and program management experience, building, coaching and training high-performing, Fortune 1000 teams and organizations. Giora partners with senior executives providing them with guidance on adopting, enabling and scaling agile within the enterprise. During the course of his career, he has developed proven approaches in ramping up, maturing and scaling agile as well as creating comprehensive training programs focused on agile principles. As a consultant he enables such companies as: Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, John Hancock, SSGA, Cessna Aircraft, Bell Helicopter, McKesson, and GE Healthcare (formerly IDX). He has helped these large organizations to successfully scale their agility initiatives in size and across locations. A noted speaker, Giora has presented at such events as the annual Agile Alliance conferences, Scrum Alliance’s Scrum Gatherings, and Agile Israel. He’s also been interviewed by such programs as The Pulse Network’s CEO Corner (see below) and BlogTalkRadio’s Money For Lunch Talk Show. Giora is a Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP) and PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his MBA from Northeastern University. jim

Jim Cundiff (Jim) is a co-owner and principal of BigVisible Solutions, with more than 25 years of experience leading public/private ventures, start-ups, and international organizations. He has held various executive-level staff, advisory, and board positions with nonprofit and for profit organizations. Jim has served as a speaker on management and business development frameworks, methods, and processes in both the United States and internationally. He has co-authored training manuals on nonprofit management and fund development. Jim holds a BA in Communications and English from Olivet Nazarene University.

Prior to joining BigVisible Solutions, Jim served as the Managing Director of the Scrum Alliance. Under his leadership, this start-up organization grew to more than 110,000 members in over 120 countries. Jim is focused on making a difference, getting results, and inspiring people to reach their professional goals. He provides vision and leadership to BigVisible and is a driving force for our growth.

Evan Campbell

Evan Campbell is a Technology Executive and Management Consultant with 20 years experience building, leading, and advising high-performance technology organizations. His focus areas include: Scrum and Agile Software Development, Lean Product Development, Quality Assurance, and IT Transformations. Evan is a Principal at Big Visible Solutions. Before that Evan was VP of Product Development for Alteryx, leading the release of their ground-breaking Cloud Analytics platform. Evan was the Principal Consultant and Founder of Chinook Software Consulting. He held VP of Professional Services roles building two well-known Agile consulting organizations: Rally and SolutionsIQ (where he was also CTO). Evan has held CTO, CIO, and VP of Services roles in several public, private, and venture funded companies in various industries. He has had P+L responsibility over $20 million, managed teams over 200 developers, has co-founded a start-up, bringing it to successful exit, and has worked in Fortune 100 IT. As a consultant, Evan has worked with over a hundred clients ranging from software start-ups, leading hardware and electronics systems manufacturers, and Fortune 100 IT organizations.
