Our Fearless Leaders

giora

Giora Morein is the President and co-founder of BigVisible Solutions, a solutions-focused agile consultancy. He brings over 15 years of agile coaching and program management experience, building, coaching and training high-performing, Fortune 1000 teams and organizations. Giora partners with senior executives providing them with guidance on adopting, enabling and scaling agile within the enterprise. During the course of his career, he has developed proven approaches in ramping up, maturing and scaling agile as well as creating comprehensive training programs focused on agile principles. As a consultant he enables such companies as: Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, John Hancock, SSGA, Cessna Aircraft, Bell Helicopter, McKesson, and GE Healthcare (formerly IDX). He has helped these large organizations to successfully scale their agility initiatives in size and across locations. A noted speaker, Giora has presented at such events as the annual Agile Alliance conferences, Scrum Alliance’s Scrum Gatherings, and Agile Israel. He’s also been interviewed by such programs as The Pulse Network’s CEO Corner and BlogTalkRadio’s Money For Lunch Talk Show. Giora is a Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP) and PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and his MBA from Northeastern University.

jim

Jim Cundiff (Jim) is a co-owner and principal of BigVisible Solutions, with more than 25 years of experience leading public/private ventures, start-ups, and international organizations. He has held various executive-level staff, advisory, and board positions with nonprofit and for profit organizations. Jim has served as a speaker on management and business development frameworks, methods, and processes in both the United States and internationally. He has co-authored training manuals on nonprofit management and fund development. Jim holds a BA in Communications and English from Olivet Nazarene University.

Prior to joining BigVisible Solutions, Jim served as the Managing Director of the Scrum Alliance. Under his leadership, this start-up organization grew to more than 110,000 members in over 120 countries. Jim is focused on making a difference, getting results, and inspiring people to reach their professional goals. He provides vision and leadership to BigVisible and is a driving force for our growth.

Evan Campbell

Evan Campbell is a Technology Executive and Management Consultant with 20 years experience building, leading, and advising high-performance technology organizations. His focus areas include: Scrum and Agile Software Development, Lean Product Development, Quality Assurance, and IT Transformations. Evan is a Principal at Big Visible Solutions. Before that Evan was VP of Product Development for Alteryx, leading the release of their ground-breaking Cloud Analytics platform. Evan was the Principal Consultant and Founder of Chinook Software Consulting. He held VP of Professional Services roles building two well-known Agile consulting organizations: Rally and SolutionsIQ (where he was also CTO). Evan has held CTO, CIO, and VP of Services roles in several public, private, and venture funded companies in various industries. He has had P+L responsibility over $20 million, managed teams over 200 developers, has co-founded a start-up, bringing it to successful exit, and has worked in Fortune 100 IT. As a consultant, Evan has worked with over a hundred clients ranging from software start-ups, leading hardware and electronics systems manufacturers, and Fortune 100 IT organizations.

Howard

Howard Sublett As a member of the BV Leadership Team, Howard’s roles are wide and varied – He’s responsible for managing public and private trainings, seeking new talent, business development, overseeing coaching and client alignments, and constantly advocating for our internal culture and community. As an agile coach himself, he works with our coaches on engagement strategy and helps ensure we love what we do.

Before joining BigVisible, he was the Operations Manager of the Scrum Alliance, and the Product Owner for their website, www.scrumalliance.org. He holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a people person, team player, entrepreneur, and problem solver.

Jason Novack Jason Novack is a Principal Consultant with over 15 years of
experience in software development in various management roles. He has spent the last 10 years practicing and coaching others through implementing various Agile approaches. Jason focuses on taking a simple and pragmatic approach to getting Agile to work in mid to large sized companies. In particular he focuses on working with mid- to senior level managers, scaling programs and enabling innovation. Before BigVisible, Jason worked at Charles River Development, reporting to the head of IT where he led the introduction of Agile to the organization and the creation of their first ever PMO.

Previously, Jason worked at Fidelity Investments where he worked in various roles including Director of Technology where he led a 50+ person organization with an annual budget over $20M that created the next generation of Fidelity.com. Jason holds a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Suzanne Wright Suzanne’s role at BV is a diverse one. She oversees all financial, HR, and
administrative functions for the company. Her job is to bring increased efficiencies across the organization while keeping a close eye on the financials. Suzanne isn’t your “typical” accounting/finance person. She has gained notoriety within BV for her “lil’ ditty’s” (or silly songs) that she sends out as encouragement to coaches for getting in their T&E. Her goal? Make the mundane, fun.

Suzanne has spent her entire career working with small, emerging companies. Acting in both hands-on roles as well as in consulting/advisory capacities, Suzanne has worked with many growing companies to get their financial and administrative operations in good order. Armed with an MBA from Babson, Suzanne thrives in entrepreneurial environments where she can work closely with leadership teams to effectively meet their challenges and celebrate their successes. he led a 50+ person organization with an annual budget over $20M that created the next generation of Fidelity.com.
